Not Filling or takes too long to fill

 

Possible Solutions

Did you check the washer hoses and water supply?

Check the household faucets to see if the hot and cold water household water supply lines are turned on. Make sure to open both water supply lines completely for proper fill.

Is the drain hose correctly installed?

Check drain hose for proper installation.  Use the U-shaped drain hose form on the drain hose and securely attach to drainpipe (standpipe) or tub.  Check that only 4.5" (113 mm) of drain hose is in the drainpipe (standpipe).  Do not tape over the drain opening. If the drain hose is too far inside the standpipe, the washer will siphon out water (fill and drain at the same time).

Are you using anti-flood devices and controls? 

Whirlpool recommends that appliances be directly connected to the water supply for optimum machine performance.
