SAID Tag Missing

SAID Tag or Label is Missing

  1. Submit a ticket into the ServiceNow system
  2. Schedule Service
    • Once in the home, the technician will recover th SAID number from the control panel and give it to the customer. 
  3. Follow the normal connection processes

NOTE: This process should also be followed if the control panel was replaced by the technician.
