What is the status of the appliance?
Check the status of the online attribute.
- If the appliance is showing online the app needs to be refreshed. Close the app and re open it.
- If the appliance is showing offline the appliance needs to be reset. Follow the instructions below.
Reset power to the product:
- Power unit down by turning off the circuit breaker(s) or unplugging the appliance for one (1) minute.
- Power unit up by turning on the circuit breaker(s) or plugging in the appliance.
- Verify appliance is working properly.
