Do you have the Whirlpool App?
If you do NOT have the Whirlpool App:
Download the App onto your Smart device, and follow the app instructions.
If you need the App go to:
- The Android "Play Store"
- The "Apple Store"
Have you verified the SAID number for your appliance?
The SAID number is located on a sticker on your appliance. See below for specific location, depending on the appliance:
Washer: Under the lid
Dryer: Inside the door frame
If you cannot find your SAID number, contact us for assistance.
Verify that your Wi-Fi and your Smart Grid Icons are ON
If not, Is there another Wi-Fi enabled device that is working?
Is your smart phone, or tablet operating correctly?
- If yes, disconnect power from router for 2 minutes, then re-connect power to router. Then disconnect power to the appliance for 2 minutes, and reconnect.
- If no, Schedule Service.
Verify that your appliance is visible in the App
If not, add the appliance to your account.
Verify your settings, your phone number, and address
If not, add your information to your account.
Verify that the appliance settings and notifications are ON and notifications are verified
Set notifications if you have not done so.
