Is the washer in standby mode?
When the washer is in standby mode all the indicator lights are off. Touch the POWER button and observe indicators.
Has the washer ever been connected to the home Wi-Fi router?
If the washer has never been connected to the home Wi-Fi router, please see the "Connectivity Setup" section in the Use and Care Guide.

Is the washer Wi-FI off?
It's possible that the washer's Wi-Fi is off, even though it has been connected. Press CONNECT. The Wi-Fi icon should blink while connecting (this may take up to 2 minutes).
Have you lost connection to your home Wi-Fi router?
Check whether the router is on and working with other computers or devices in the home (able to access the Internet).
How is the signal strength?
Try placing the wireless router closer to the washer. It may be necessary to install a Wi-Fi range extender. Also, check to make sure there is no interference between the washer and the router.
