Whirlpool Mobile App Not Updating or Refreshing

If you are having problems with mobile app follow the steps below: 

  1. Check to make sure your appliance is connected to your home WiFi network
  2. Close the mobile app
  3. Restart the mobile app

If you are still having issues cycle power to the appliance

  1. Unplug the appliance
  2. Wait 1 minute
  3. Plug the appliance back in
