“d E”- Cooktop is OFF - Induction Cooktop

Possible Solution

Is Your Cooktop Displaying “d E” in OFF Position?

DEMO MODE is on. The cooktop does not switch heat up and the functions do not come on. Follow the below instructions:

To switch the acoustic signal ON and OFF:

  • Connect the cooktop to the power supply;
  • Within the first minute, press the quick heating button “Booster” of the bottom left keypad for 5 seconds as shown in the below image.
