Controls Not Responding - Induction
Possible Solution
Is the "Key Lock" being held long enough?
If the controls are not responding, press and hold the “Key Lock” button for 3 seconds.
Is your finger is centered over the button?
Ensure your finger is centered over the button for the best responsiveness.
Does the area need to be cleaned?
Contamination on keys (example - Food, water, or other types of build-up) may hinder the responsiveness of the controls. Thoroughly clean the area with soap and water and dry with a microfiber towel.
NOTE: Use the "Key lock" to avoid accidental turn on while cleaning.
