Possible Solutions
Are the controls set correctly for Cook Time and Power Level?
Manual cooking:
- Touch COOK TIME
- Touch number pads to enter time
- Touch COOK POWER (if not 100%), touch number pads to enter power level (10 - 90(
- Touch the Start control.
Refer to the Owner's Manual for control operation instructions.
Is the Microwave Heating?
To test if the microwave is heating:
- Place one cup (250 mL) of water on the turntable
- Start the microwave oven for 1 minute on the HI setting (100% Power)
If heat rise is detected, the microwave is heating.
