Possible Solutions
Is the Dishwasher Level?
Make sure the dishwasher is level. The leveling legs and rear wheels must support the dishwasher and must be flat on the floor. The dishwasher must also be square in the cabinet. The door will not seal properly if the tub opening is not square. This is the responsibility of the customer or installer.
Are you using improper dishwasher detergent, was too much detergent used, or has rinse aid spilled in the tub?
Do not use hand soap or laundry detergents. Use automatic dishwasher detergents only.
