F9E1 - Error Code - All-In-One Washer Dryer

Possible Solutions

Drain Issues

The F9E1 Error Code indicates that the washer/dryer is not draining in a timely manner, or at all. This could be due to the following:

  • Drain Pump on the Washer/dryer may need to be cleaned. See the Cleaning and Maintenance symptom above.
  • The bellows drain holes may be obstructed
  • The drain hose may be obstructed

Clean the drain pump filter and the bellows drain holes (see Cleaning and Maintenance symptom above).

Check the drain hose for obstructions and verify installation. The drain hose cannot be more than 4.5 inches into the standpipe or laundry sink. It also must be routed at least 24 inches from the floor, and not over 96 inches. See the installation instructions for more details of installing the drain hose.
