Possible Solutions
Dryers will make some noise
During operation, a dryer will make noise. You will hear the operation of the motor and the drum to drum seal interaction. There may be other associated noises that you will hear at certain times during the cycle:
- Upon start up, the rollers may "thump" until they warm up. See thumping noise above.
- If dryer is gas dryer, the click of the gas valve turning on and off
- If foreign items get stuck in the seal, they may make noise
