The hE Error Code typically describes a heating error. The temperature could either be too low or too high.
If this is a vented model (non-heat pump), the likely cause is a clogged lint screen, or a blocked or restricted vent going to the outside of the home. Follow the path above for "Not Heating/Long Dry Times" above, and also advise to check the vent for blockages, kinks, or restrictions. See below information:

Ample air flow must be permitted for proper dry time.
