Every Load Cleaning:

The lint screen will be located in the door opening of the dryer. A screen blocked by lint can increase drying time.

To clean:

Pull the lint screen straight up. Roll lint off the screen with your fingers. Do not rinse or wash the screen to remove lint. Wet lint is hard to remove.
Push the lint screen firmly back into place.

Removing and cleaning lint screen by hand after every use

IMPORTANT: Do not run the dryer with the lint screen loose, damaged, blocked, or missing. Doing so can cause overheating and damage to both the dryer and fabrics.

Clean HybridCare™ Filter every 5 Loads

Clean the HybridCare™ Filter when the light comes on after every five cycles.

Open the filter flap on the bottom of the dryer and grab the handle to pull out the filter.
Set the filter on the dryer and pull out the lint screen and foam pad on the bottom of the filter.
Roll lint off screen and foam pad with fingers and place back in the filter and then filter back in the filter housing. (There may be some water in the filter, and this is normal.) For additional cleaning information, see “Dryer Care” in the Owner's Manual.

IMPORTANT: For best drying performance, clean HybridCare™ Filter after every 5th load. Light will reset after the filter is cleaned and loaded back into the filter housing.
