Not Starting or Not Operating - HybridCare Dryer

Possible Solutions

Has a fuse blown or circuit tripped?

There may be 2 household fuses or circuit breakers for the dryer. Make sure both fuses are intact and tight, or that both circuit breakers have not tripped. Replace the fuse(s) or reset the circuit breaker(s). If the problem continues, contact a qualified electrician.

Electric dryers require 240-volt power supply. Check with a qualified electrician.

For electric dryers, the wall plug will look like one of the two options below. If you do not have this type of wall plug, you will need to contact a qualified electrician if you are using an electric dryer.

Verify that the plug has been inserted all the way into the wall outlet.

Is the Door Firmly Closed/Latched?

Your dryer door may not be fully closed. It may look shut, but may not be latched. Push on the door to engage the latch.

Make sure there is no clothing blocking the door latch.

Is the Control Locked Status Light On?

If the Controls Locked status light is on, press and hold the Control Lock button for three seconds. This will turn off the Controls Locked feature.

Was the Hold to Start button firmly pressed?

The Hold to Start button should be pressed and held for two to five seconds. Start buttons vary from model to model, check the console for clarification or refer to the Owner's Manual for more detailed information.
