Whirlpool Dryer in "Factory Connection" Mode

If you just purchased a new dryer, and the below message appeared on display, follow these steps to clear the message:

  1. Unplug the dryer for 30 seconds.
  2. Plug the dryer back in.
  3. Repeat this process for a total of 5 times. 
  4. Continue the installation process.
