Winterizing the Laundry Tower
IMPORTANT: To avoid damage, install and store the stacked laundry center in a location that will not freeze. If water remains in the hoses, freezing can damage the washer. If storing or moving during freezing weather, winterize your washer.
To winterize the washer:
- Shut off both water faucets; disconnect and drain water inlet hoses.
- Put 1 quart (1 L) of R.V. type antifreeze in the basket and run the washer on the Drain/Spin cycle for about 30 seconds to mix antifreeze and remaining water.
- Unplug the washer and dryer.
