F5 E4 - Front Load Washer
Possible Solutions
Was the washer run 3 times in a row?
If the washer shows an F5 E4 Error Code, this may be an indication that the machine may have been run for 3 consecutive cycles without opening the door in between cycles. This may occasionally happen if you have forgotten to remove your items from the washer, then realize they need to be rewashed.
In this case, the washer will generate an invalid beep tone when you press the "Start" button. To solve this issue, open and close the door.
Is the door switch is obstructed?
Check the door switch to make sure there is nothing obstructing the operation. Lint, laundry additives and clothing items could catch in that area, causing the obstruction.
Clear any item that may cause the door switch to be obstructed.
