Leveling a Front Load Washer
How to Level your Whirlpool Front Load Washer
Non-Pedestal Installation

Pedestal Installation
The pedestal feet should be installed, and all four feet should be in firm contact with the floor. Try to rock the washer diagonally, from corner to corner, with your hands; adjust the feet if the washer teeters. The lock nuts on all four of the feet should be tightened against the pedestal cabinet. See the Installation Instructions for details.
A vibration that you can feel in the floor from across the room can be a sign of a floor that is flexing. Flooring that flexes or is uneven can contribute to washer noise and vibration. The noise and vibration may be reduced by placing and securing a piece of ¾" (19.1 mm) plywood to the floor beneath the washer and dryer. Refer to the Installation Instructions for flooring requirements. Modern washers have high spin speeds to extract more water from the load. These high-spin speed washers require sturdy floors.
Refer videos shown below for “Leveling the washer” or “Out of Balance”. This example works for either top load or front load washers.
