There is a problem with the Dispenser System:
Verify that the detergent drawer or detergent cartridge is not clogged with detergent.
Cleaning the Dispenser
You may find laundry product residue left over in your dispenser compartments. To remove residue, follow this recommended cleaning procedure:
- Pull the dispenser drawer out until it stops.
- Press down on the release tab and pull straight out to remove the dispenser.
- Lift off the cover panel by pulling straight up.
- Wash the dispenser and cover the panel in warm, soapy water, using a mild detergent.
- Rinse with warm water.
- Air dry or wipe with a clean towel, and slide the cover panel back onto the posts on the dispenser.
- Align the edges of a dispenser with guides in the washer, then slide the dispenser back into the slot.

Don't forget to clean your washer
Clean your washer once a month using the Clean Washer cycle with
affresh® or another method per your Owner's Manual. This will eliminate any detergent residue that may be left inside the washer.
NOTE: HE detergent can be used in non-HE machines. You may not see as many suds as you would with regular detergent, but the cleaning will be the same. Use the manufacturer's recommended amount on the box or bottle.
