Vibration or Out of Balance loads - Top Load Washer

Possible Solutions

Are you experiencing banging noises?

The washer may be out of balance. Open the lid and try to redistribute the load for more balance.

Also, try reviewing the troubleshooting above for Noises or Sounds above.

Are your clothes still wet, or did the washer not complete the cycle (long cycle time)?

Your washer will perform a balance correction procedure. It will try to correct an out of balance situation by adding water and trying to redistribute the clothing. This may extend the cycle length. If the washer is unable to correct the balance, you may see an Ofb error code, and the cycle will appear to be complete. Select the "Ofb" error code symptom above for more information.

You may also want to review the troubleshooting for "Not Spinning or Wet clothes at the End of the Cycle"  for more information.
