Bulk Dispenser Not Detected
Possible Solution
Is the dispenser enabled?
Ensure the bulk dispense is enabled.
Is the washer level?
The washer needs to be level side to side and front to back. If the washer is not level, the amount of the detergent in the bulk dispenser may not be properly detected.
- Plastic Feet: Turn the feet clockwise to lower the feet or counterclockwise to raise the feet.
- Metal Feet: Turn the feet clockwise to lower the feet or counterclockwise to raise the feet.
- Ensure the lock nuts on the feet are tight against the bottom of the cabinet.
Is the dispenser clogged?
The bulk dispense should be cleaned regularly. Old detergent, mixing multiple types of detergents, and/or the household environment can cause the detergent to clump, which can clog the dispenser.
Empty the dispenser of any remaining detergent, and thoroughly wash the dispenser with warm water.
