Oxi Not Dispensing

Was the option selected?
Once the cycle and modifiers have been selected, cycle options can also be chosen, including Oxi cleaner. If the Oxi cycle option is not selected before the cycle is started, it will not dispense.
Pour a measured amount of liquid fabric softener or Oxi-type boosters into the tray. Always follow the manufacturer’s directions for the correct amount of fabric softener or Oxi based on your load size. Close the dispenser drawer, then select the Oxi option. Oxi is added during the main wash, and fabric softener is added during the rinse.
