Unable to Install Water Filter - Refrigerator
Possible Solution
Do you have the correct water filter?
Ensure you have the correct filter for your specific refrigerator model. Using an incompatible filter can cause problems with installation and water flow.
To purchase or find the correct water filter, visit everydrop® water filter, visit your local retailer.
Was the cap removed?
New water filters are packaged with a protective cap on the end of the filter. To remove the cap, gently pull it off.
Is the filter aligned correctly?
Most refrigerators will have arrows on the water filter housing designating the orientation in which the filter should be installed. If no arrows are present, rotate the filter until the filter pins align with the housing.
