Ice Stuck on Cutting Grid - Freestanding Ice Maker

Possible Solutions

Is the cutter grid harness plugged in?

Ensure the cutter grid harness and the ice level sensor harness is plugged in and re-installed correctly after every cleaning cycle.  If the harnesses are not plugged in or installed correctly the Ice Maker will not function correctly.

Ensure the cutter grid harness (left side of compartment) and the ice level sensor harness (right side of compartment) is plugged in and re-installed correctly after every cleaning cycle.

 

Please refer to your Owner's Manual or the Installation instructions for the complete details on proper installation of the cutter grid harness and the ice level sensor harness.
