Are refrigerator drawers leveled correctly?

Your refrigerator has four leveling legs. Check the level from left to right and front to back. If drawers seem unsteady or you want the door to close more easily, adjust the drawer's tilt by following the instructions in your "Owner's Manual."

If the refrigerator is not level, it could have the following problems:

Door not properly closing.
Door not properly sealing (moisture build-up).

Are custom panels installed?

If custom panels were used, ensure the panels were installed correctly. Improper installation could result in door misalignment. Custom panel installation varies, depending on the type of overlay style chosen, so we recommend referring to the Installation Instructions for specific information.

NOTE: To avoid damage to the drawers, each overlay panel must not weigh more than 10 lbs (4.5 kg). Do not exceed the height dimension for the overlay panels. Panels that exceed the height dimension may damage the refrigerator drawers, cabinets, or countertop.
