No Operation - Will Not Turn On - Double Drawer Refrigerator

Possible Solutions

Is the power supply connected correctly?

Make sure the power cord is plugged into a 3 prong outlet. A 115 V, 60 Hz, AC only 15 or 20 A fused, grounded electrical supply is required.

  • It is recommended that a separate circuit serving only your ice refrigerator is provided.
  • Use an outlet that cannot be turned off by a switch.
  • Do not use an extension cord.

Is power outlet working?

Plug in a lamp to see if the outlet is working.

Has the check circuit breaker or a household fuse blown or tripped?

  • Check to see if a household circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt (GFCI) outlet has tripped. If so, reset the circuit breaker or Ground Fault Circuit Interrupt.
  • If the refrigerator is on a fuse box, check to see if a fuse has blown and replace it, if necessary. If the problem continues, call an electrician.

Are controls on?

Be sure that the beverage center controls are on. Refer “Controls” section in the Owner's Manual.

Is the refrigerator control set to the Cool Off setting?

  • The first time that the refrigerator is plugged in, the control will be in Cool Off mode. Cool On and Cool Off will be the only options that display.
  • Press COOL ON to turn on the drawers.

Are the refrigerator drawers not cooling?

Turn them off then on again to reset. See “Using the Controls.” If this does not correct the problem, call for service.
