Possible Solutions

Are the Feet Touching the Floor?

Front and rear feet must be in firm contact with floor, and washer/dryer must be level to operate properly. Jam nuts must be tight against the bottom of the cabinet.

Is the Washer/Dryer Level?

Check floor for flexing or sagging. Do not install washer/dryer on a raised wooden platform. If Washer/Dryer rocks back and forth, the legs will need to be adjusted so unit is level. See Installation Instructions on leveling your Washer/Dryer.

Is the Wash Load Unbalanced or Too Large?

Avoid tightly packing the load. Avoid washing single items. Balance a single item such as a rug or jean jacket with a few extra items.

Check the Cycle guide in your Use & Care Guide for best cycles to use for certain items. Item or load may not suitable for the cycle you selected.

Were the Shipping Bolts Removed before Use?

Your Washer/Dryer is shipped from the factory with 4 shipping (transport) bolts to avoid damage to the tub during shipment. These must be removed during installation of the unit. See your Installation Instructions for information on removing the shipping bolts.

Is your Floor Stable?

If your floor is not stable, and tends to sag, the washer/dryer could get out of balance or unlevel. The All-in-One Washer and Dryer needs to be placed on a solid, stable floor.
