Do you have the latest software update?

Updates to software are routinely pushed to your appliance to improve your experience.  

Check for software updates periodically: 

  • Touch the Tools icon Connected VSI-V2 Tools Icon.jpg,  scroll to Wi-Fi, touch Software Updates, follow instructions on the screen.

Are you operating on the 2.4GHz band?

  • The App will not operate if you are trying to use the 5 GHz setting on the router.
