Not receiving push notification

Are the PUSH Notifications turned on?

If you are not getting your PUSH notifications, or if you would like to start receiving PUSH notifications, follow the steps below.  

How to turn on PUSH notifications

  1. Open the App
  2. Click on the appliance you want notifications from
  3. Click on "Preferences"
  4. Slide the button to the "On" position, for each of the notifications that you wish to receive

NOTE: Some Smartphones and Tablets also require PUSH notifications to be enabled.  For more information on enabling notifications, reference your Smartphone or Tablet's user & guide. 

Information about each PUSH Notification

Detergent Nudge

When the washer’s Precision Dispense drawer is low on detergent, your phone will send you an alert.  This will remind you to add more detergent.

Error Messages

When your washer detects that something is wrong, your phone will send you an alert.  This notification will also include recommended actions on how to solve the problem.

Clothes Clean

Don't worry about checking the washer. When this notification alert is turned on, your phone will alert you when the wash cycle is complete.

affresh® Nudge

Your phone will send you an alert when it’s time to clean the washer by running an affresh® cycle. This will help you keep the washer fresh and performing at its best.
