SAID Tag or Label is Missing
- Submit a ticket into the ServiceNow system
- Schedule Service
- Once in the home, the technician will recover th SAID number from the control panel and give it to the customer.
- Follow the normal connection processes
NOTE: This process should also be followed if the control panel was replaced by the technician.
