Rinse aid dripping from dispenser - Portable Dishwasher

Possible Solutions

Is the "O-Ring" properly seated in the Rinse Aid Cap?

  • Verify the "O-Ring" is properly seated in the corresponding groove in the Rinse Aid Cap.
  • If "O-Ring" is missing, cut, or crimped, replace the Rinse Aid Cap.

Replacement parts can be purchased at Whirlpool Purchase Genuine Parts

Is the Rinse Aid Cap on correctly?

Ensure the rinse aid cap is properly closed to the lock position.

One quarter-turn the Rise Aid cap in clockwise direction to lock properly.

Was the Rinse Aid dispenser overfilled?

If too much rinse aid is added, it could leak out of the dispenser. Use the dispenser's button to determine the rinse aid level.
