Possible Solutions
Did you receive an Error Code?
Any time you receive an error code, the door will automatically lock. Touch the START/PAUSE button to exit the error code, then wait for the door to unlock.
Is the Water Temperature above 104° F?
If the water temperature is hotter than 104° F (40° C), the door will not unlock until the water temperature has dropped. Once the water temperature has dropped, the door will open.
Possible Door Lock Malfunction
If the door lock mechanism failed, the door will not open. You can manually unlock the door, but should try all other options first.
