Lint on Clothes - Front Load Washer
Possible Solutions
If you are using the wash and dry feature, you may notice more lint than you normally experience with your old washer. Check the following if this is the case:
Have you Cleaned your Door Seal?
The area under door seal may be clogged with lint. Gently pull back the rubber door seal and clean lint with the textured side of an affresh® Machine Cleaning Wipe. If you are using the dry feature, you should perform this task after every cycle.
Have you Cleaned your Drain Pump Filter (on some models)?
On some models: Clean the drain pump filter. See “Cleaning the Drain Pump Filter/Draining Residual Water” in your Owner's Manual, or the "Cleaning and Maintenance" symptom above. This procedure should be performed occasionally.
