Clothing is Wrinkled

Possible Solutions

Are the hot and cold water supply hoses reversed?

Check your water inlet hoses for proper connection to the faucets. Ensure the hot-water inlet hose is connected to the hot-water faucet and the cold-water inlet hose is connected to the cold-water faucet. Reversed inlet hoses can cause warm rinse water to set wrinkles into garments that require cold-water rinses.

Was the washer overloaded?

To reduce wrinkling, the load items need to tumble freely in the washer. You may need to reduce your load size or your wash time. If washing larger items, use a heavy or deep-fill wash cycle. Using the correct cycle type for washing the load will also help reduce wrinkling.

Were you using the correct spin speed?

This washer automatically selects the spin speed based on the cycle selected. The preset speeds can be changed. Not all spin speeds are available with all cycles; some cycles will allow "no spin." Faster spin speeds mean shorter dry times, but may increase wrinkling in your load. Slower spin speeds mean less wrinkling, but will leave your load more damp.
