Possible Solutions
Is there a white film or residue on your dishes that does not come off?
If there is a film that did not come off after washing, this may be an etching on the glassware. Reasons for this reaction:
- Sometimes there is a water/chemical reaction with certain types of glassware.
- Overload loading the dishwasher.
- Etching is a cloudy film.
- Silica film is a milky, rainbow-colored deposit.
